wardrobe edit
A wardrobe full of clothes, but nothing to wear?
Sometimes the answer isn't buying more. It's taking a proper look at what you already own.
My Wardrobe Edit is a hands-on reset of your wardrobe, in your own home. Together, we'll work out what's earning its place, rediscover pieces you've forgotten about, find new ways to wear what you already own and identify the actual gaps worth filling.
And because colour is at the heart of how I work, we'll use your Colour Analysis throughout - helping you understand not just what you love wearing, but how your wardrobe works with your best colours too.
The result? A wardrobe that feels more like you and a much easier time getting dressed.
Based in Gloucester and available across Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.

your wardrobe should work for the life you're actually living.
Our wardrobes have a habit of holding onto previous versions of us.
The office job you don't do anymore. A different body shape. Pre-kids life. Clothes you bought because you thought you should wear them. Pieces you loved once but have no idea how to style now.
And before you know it, you have plenty of clothes but very few outfits.
A Wardrobe Edit gives us the time and space to work through it properly.
This isn't about ruthlessly throwing everything away or creating a tiny capsule wardrobe. It's about understanding what works for you, your colours, your style and your life now and making more of it.
what we'll do together
edit
We'll work through your wardrobe together and decide what deserves to stay.
We'll look at fit, colour, proportions, personal style and most importantly whether you actually wear and feel good in each piece. Anything that no longer works can be separated into pieces to sell, donate, alter or move on.
rediscover
This is often the best bit.
We'll find the pieces you've forgotten about or haven't known how to wear and look at new ways to bring them back into rotation.
Sometimes the best "new" outfit is already sitting in your wardrobe.
style
We'll start putting outfits together using what you own, looking at different combinations, proportions, layering and accessories.
The aim is to leave you with outfits, not just clothes and more confidence putting them together yourself.
identify gaps
Only once we understand what you already have will we look at what's genuinely missing.
You'll leave with a much clearer shopping list, so your next purchases solve a wardrobe problem rather than simply adding more clothes to it.
your wardrobe edit
I'll come to your home and spend up to two hours working through your wardrobe with you.
Please note: travel is charged separately based on your location. I'm based in Gloucester and can travel up to approximately two hours for Wardrobe Edit appointments. I'll confirm your travel fee before your booking.
You'll need to have had a professional Colour Analysis before your Wardrobe Edit, but this doesn't need to have been with me. If you haven't had your colours analysed yet, you can book a Colour Analysis with me first.
We'll cover:
-
What stays, goes, gets altered, sold or donated
-
How your wardrobe works with your colour palette
-
Fit, shape and proportions
-
Rediscovering forgotten pieces
-
New outfit combinations
-
Styling and accessorising
-
Wardrobe organisation
-
Genuine wardrobe gaps
-
A clear plan for what to buy next
You'll finish the session with a more considered wardrobe, fresh ideas for wearing it and a much clearer idea of what - if anything - you actually need to add.

“Honestly I feel like I've fallen in love with some of my clothes again thanks to you. I really needed that cleanse — it's also cleansed my mind!”

Do I need to have had my colours analysed first?
Yes. Colour is an important part of how I approach your Wardrobe Edit, so you'll need to have had a professional Colour Analysis before we work together.
It doesn't need to have been with me. If you've been analysed by another colour analyst or system, just share your results with me before your appointment and we'll use your palette throughout the session.
If you haven't had your colours analysed yet, you can book a Colour Analysis with me first and then follow it with your Wardrobe Edit.
Are you going to make me throw loads of clothes away?
Absolutely not.
I'm not there to dictate what you're allowed to keep or convince you to get rid of something you love. I'll give you an objective second opinion and help you understand why certain pieces might not be working, but your wardrobe is ultimately yours.
The goal is a wardrobe that feels better to use - not the smallest wardrobe possible.
Do I need to tidy my wardrobe before you arrive?
Please don't make it perfect for me!
Seeing your wardrobe as you actually use it is useful. You don't need to colour-coordinate your hangers or do a secret clear-out before I arrive.
If anything, save the sorting for us to do together.
What if my body has changed?
Then this can be a particularly useful time for a Wardrobe Edit.
Pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, weight changes or simply life can mean that the wardrobe you once understood suddenly doesn't feel quite right anymore.
We'll focus on the body and lifestyle you have now, rather than trying to get you back into an old version of your wardrobe.
Can you help me put outfits together too?
Yes - that's a really important part of the session.
Rather than simply sorting everything into keep or remove piles, we'll look for new combinations and ways to style the pieces that stay.
Will you tell me what I need to buy afterwards?
Yes. As we work through your wardrobe, I'll identify genuine gaps and help you create a more intentional shopping list.
If you'd rather I do the searching too, you can book one of my Wardrobe Reset + Lookbook packages.
Where do you offer Wardrobe Edits and is travel included?
I'm based in Gloucester and offer Wardrobe Edit appointments across Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, the Cotswolds and surrounding areas, with travel available up to approximately two hours from Gloucester.
Travel isn't included in the £220 Wardrobe Edit price and will be charged separately based on your location. I'll always confirm the travel cost with you before your booking, so you'll know the full price in advance.

If you have a particularly large wardrobe or know you'd like more extensive support, get in touch before booking and we can discuss what would work best.
